What happens if my water is shut-off for non-payment?

The bill plus the $25 dispatch fee must be paid in full before the meter can be turned back on. If the payment is received after 3 pm the meter will not be turned back on until the next business day unless a $50 reconnect fee is paid prior to the service being restored.

How can I pay my bill?

Payments may be made at our office, through the mail, by automatic payment, or via the simple online payment system on this site. The application to sign up for automatic payment is available
in pdf format on the forms page.

When and where can I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill at 601 N. Moapa Valley Blvd. ( see map ) during our normal business
hours which are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can drop your after-hours payment in one of the convenient drop boxes located at our office. Payments can also be dropped off at the Moapa Valley Federal Credit Union''s Overton office.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No - at this time, the Moapa Valley Water District does not take deposits.

How can I get water lines marked before I dig?

Contractors and homeowners are required by law to call 811 at least two days before digging to have local utilities mark underground lines.
